In 1995, Cedar Community added a new residential care apartment complex for seniors requiring some help with daily activities but not the level of skilled nursing care found at the health and rehabilitation center. Cedar Bay West, our original 109 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment site, is nestled among prairies and woods above the Big Cedar Lake shoreline in West Bend.
To meet the growing demand for Cedar Bay's unique combination of autonomy and security, Cedar Community unveiled Cedar Bay East in 2002. Just a block from Cedar Bay West, Cedar Bay East's 54 new apartments are adjacent to the health and rehabilitation center, onsite medical services, the Cedar Theatre and Main Street Mall.
What most call amenities, Cedar Bay considers necessities:
- Weekly housekeeping
- Three fine meals per day, chosen off a menu and provided in well-appointed dining rooms
