Home health staff members are available to serve your unique needs from one to 24 hours a day in the place you’re most comfortable: Your own home.
Licensed nurses and nursing aides provide health assessments, patient and family counseling, IV therapy, enteral feedings, catheter or ostomy care, injections, and medication and nutritional teaching. Experienced rehab professionals provide physical, occupational and speech therapy following a hospitalization, injury, or illness to help you regain mobility, strength, balance and independence or adapt to a chronic condition. Home health aides help you bathe, dress, put on makeup or shave, exercise, eat and/or perform other tasks. Social workers help you make short- and long-term plans. We are Medicare– and Medicaid–certified, licensed by the state of Wisconsin, and accept most private insurance. Our friendly administrative staff will assist you in determining your eligibility and coverage and will submit the appropriate claims on your behalf.
