Cedar Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center - Located in West Bend on the beautiful Cedar Lake Campus, this skilled nursing facility provides rehabilitation and long-term care to anyone 18 years of age and older.

Weekend Only Positions: Premium Pay ($15/hr) with minimum of 2 years of experience. $750.00 Bonus for night shift only.
Certified Medication Assistant – Part time (.7) AM & PM shifts with every other weekend and holiday. Repsonsibilities include assigned CNA duties and working in conjunction with charge nurse to provide medication management to busy subacute/long term care unit. Previous CNA experience in LTC and current certification in state of WI as Medication Assistant along with strong organizational and communication skills are MUST.
Maintenance Technician – Full time. Ideal candidate will have a well rounded background in general maintenance duties including experience with basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, water softeners and commercial kitchen equipment. General knowledge of chillers, boilers and air handlers is a plus. We are looking for a customer service oriented self-starter who works well with others and is willing to learn new skills.
Cook – Experience in cooking or institutional cooking; education in cooking, food safety, and sanitation; ability to scale up or down recipes and read, write, do basic math and understand directions.
Cedar Crosssings at Pleasant Valley - (Subacute attached to St Joseph’s Hospital) Short-term subacute facility offering skilled nursing and therapy services. Our 18-bed subacute unit specializes in IV therapy, wound care, pain management and patient education as well as as professional therapy services.

Dining Services Assistant – Limited part time.
Fitness Instructor – Limited part time - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon for 6-week sessions. Must be certified to teach water aerobics and assist with fitness center activities. Must be able to plan, organize, market and teach safe water aerobics classes. Requires knowledge of the proper use of both strength and cardio fitness equipment. Experience working with people 62 and better is a plus. Must be CPR certified.
Restaurant Supervisor AM – Full time position with full benefits. Assist Dining Services Director in maintaining a quality, efficient and effective Food Service Department. Responsible for training, supervising, implementing and directing staff in the completion of assigned duties in accordance with department policies.
