Cedar Community: Life the way it should be. The way you want it.

Affiliated with the United Church of Christ, Cedar Community embraces Christian values while honoring all beliefs in its mission to “serve the Lord by creating relationships, services and environments that enhance the well-being of seniors and their families.” This commitment is evident in our extensive Pastoral Care programs. Headed by Director of Ministries Rev. Susan Kolb, Cedar Community's Pastoral Care department includes three staff chaplains and an extensive lay minister program featuring 21 Abider ministers; 29 Stephen Ministers and eight “Cedar Chaplains.”

Pastoral Care hosts and supports dozens of worship services on all our campuses – from Ecumenical to Catholic to Lutheran, Episcopal and others.
