Cedar Valley Center and Spa Hosts Forgiveness Workshop

May 18th, 2010

Cedar Valley Center and Spa, Cedar Community’s retreat center located at
5349 County Road D in West Bend, is hosting a Forgiveness Workshop on Saturday, July 17 from 9 a.m. to noon. Deb Miske will guide you through the process of forgiveness. She has a passion for encouraging others and helping them reach their full potential. She is sincere in wanting to help others to live their lives as “overcomers.”

When you hold resentment toward another, Miske advises you are bound to that person or condition by an emotional link that is stronger than steel. Forgiveness is the only way to dissolve that link and be free. The forgiveness workshop covers: How to forgive when you don’t feel like it; How to translate the decision to forgive into a change of heart; and How to know when you have truly forgiven.

The cost of the forgiveness workshop is $25 which includes the workshop, supplies and lunch. Space is limited. Advance registration is required. Participants are welcome to stay at Cedar Valley after lunch to relax, reflect and walk the grounds. Overnight accommodations and spa services are also available in scheduled in advance.
