Cedar Community’s outpatient rehabilitation team has experienced physical, occupational, and speech therapists with special training and expertise in treating older adults. Our team members will meet with you and your family to discuss specific needs and concerns to remain healthy and safe in your home. We offer flexible scheduling based on your needs, with private one-on-one sessions in the West Bend and the Washington County, Wisconsin areas. Outpatient rehabilitation is covered by Medicare and most private insurance.
