What services and amenities are included?


Most independent living options include all major utilities, basic cable and internet, appliances (often with in‑unit washer/dryer), and carefree maintenance. Some homes offer basements, patios, two‑car garages, stainless appliances and gas fireplaces.

What types of residences are available?

You can choose from single‑story ranch homes to apartments and loft‑style residences. Each offers different floor plans and sizes.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, many Cedar Community campuses are pet‑friendly. Specific guidelines about size and number of pets can be provided by the sales team.

How do residents stay connected and active?


Residents participate in photography, hiking, and musical clubs; gardening in the greenhouse; woodworking, art and stained‑glass studios; social events; community classes; and outings on Big Cedar Lake. A business center, libraries, and volunteer opportunities round out the lifestyle.
