Opportunities To Support Our Mission & Ministry
Cedar Community began as a gift of land and a vision for a place of friendship, fellowship, and care for older adults. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Cedar Community is blessed with generous and strong supporters of our mission and ministry programs and services.
For more than 40 years, our Partners In Caring™ campaign has helped us support our friends and neighbors whose resources have run short. For residents who require Medicaid and government supports for assisted living and skilled nursing care, gifts to Partners In Caring ensure that low-income seniors will continue to receive the high-quality, dignified, and compassionate care they deserve.
“Giving is not just about making a donation. It’s about making a difference.”

Estate Planning & Legacy Giving
Another great way to give to our community is through estate planning and legacy giving. Your decision today can bless generations of neighbors–tomorrow. Cedar Community established a Partners In Caring Endowment Fund in 2021. Planned gifts over $20,000, designated by the donor for Partners In Caring, will be considered by the board of directors for addition to this board-designated endowment on an annual basis.
If you have questions about Cedar Community’s legacy giving opportunities, sponsorships, or donations, please contact Jennifer Zaskowski, philanthropy director, at 262.338.4625 or email her at [email protected].
