Meet Allie Stedl! Her journey started as a resident assistant at The Cottages, Cedar Community’s memory care. Fueled by her passion for working with seniors, she proactively sought out other opportunities at Cedar Community, leading to a healthcare administration internship. This experience and her desire to learn more landed Allie a part-time position as healthcare administrative assistant, and eventually a full-time role after graduation!
Allie’s passion for healthcare was ignited long before college–feeling a genuine desire to help improve the wellbeing of individuals and communities. Her time at Cedar Community has only solidified her career choice! She thrives on learning about healthcare policies and ensuring residents receive top-notch care.
