Aimee Wiedmeyer

Vice Chair, Cedar Community Board of Directors

Aimee Wiedmeyer serves as vice chair of Cedar Community’s Board of Directors. She brings more than 25 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, financial management, environmental engineering, real estate, and community leadership.

Aimee is a real estate professional with First Weber Real Estate Services. Her current work builds on her broader professional background and reflects her interest in creating innovative, inspiring, and financially accessible solutions for living vibrantly in community as people age.

Before entering real estate, Aimee spent 17 years with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where she led global teams across manufacturing, sales and marketing, commercial operations, strategy, and execution. Her roles culminated in serving as director of operations for the Harley- Davidson Museum. Earlier in her career, she worked as a professional engineer in civil and environmental consulting and managing large-scale projects for public, private, and federal clients.

Aimee holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of Science in Engineering and Global Operations from the MIT School of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University.

Her board and volunteer experience includes service with the Luther Manor Foundation, United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County, Variety-The Children’s Charity of Wisconsin, Slinger-Allenton Rotary, St. Peter Catholic Church finance committee, and Cub Scout Pack 3731.

Through her background in operations, real estate, financial management, and aging solutions, Aimee brings a strategic perspective that supports resident wellbeing, organizational sustainability, and Cedar Community’s long-term mission.
