Lisa Heider, CPA, MBA

Treasurer, Cedar Community Board of Directors

Lisa Heider serves as treasurer of Cedar Community’s Board of Directors, bringing more than 20 years of finance experience in nonprofit healthcare and human services.

Lisa is chief financial officer at Jeneil Biotech, Inc., where she works in the manufacturing and food industry. Her professional expertise includes financial and strategic planning, financial reporting, treasury management, debt financing, and information technology. Her background supports Cedar Community’s ability to plan responsibly for the future while continuing to serve residents, families, and team members with compassion.

Lisa holds a CPA credential, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Her board and volunteer experience includes serving as treasurer for Youth & Family Project and Healthy Families of Waukesha County, Inc. She has also served with the Tri-County YMCA board, including program and building committee work, and as a board member for the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

In addition to her professional and board service, Lisa volunteers through her church, including coordinating meals for people with short-term needs. She has also volunteered for the Elevate annual run and served as an assistant track coach at David’s Star Lutheran School.

Through her financial leadership and nonprofit healthcare experience, Lisa brings a practical and mission-focused perspective to Cedar Community’s long-term sustainability.
