Tracy Blaubach

Vice President of Human Resources, Cedar Community

Tracy Blaubach serves as vice president of human resources at Cedar Community, where she oversees human resources, food services, customer relations, spiritual care, and housekeeping. She has served Cedar Community for eight years.

Tracy brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources and more than 10 years of operational leadership. Her background gives her a well-rounded perspective on team member engagement, organizational culture, workforce planning, and the day-to-day operations that support residents, families, and team members.

Tracy was drawn to senior living by the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Cedar Community’s team members and residents. She values working in an environment where she can support the people who dedicate themselves each day to caring for others.

She holds an associate degree in business administration with a human resources concentration from American InterContinental University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a human resources concentration through Capella University. She also holds a SHRM Total Rewards specialty credential and is a 2024 graduate of the LeadingAge Academy.

Tracy is actively involved with LeadingAge Wisconsin, where she serves as co-chair of the workforce committee. In that role, she collaborates with senior living leaders across Wisconsin to address workforce challenges, share best practices, and support innovative strategies that strengthen the future of aging services.

Through her human resources and operational leadership, Tracy helps support Cedar Community’s team culture, service quality, and mission-centered care.
