Continuing its mission to offer the highest quality services and amenities, Cedar Community is pleased to announce its new partnership with Curana Health, the largest provider of senior living primary care services in the country.
Launched in February 2025, this collaboration has brought primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, sick/injury visits, comprehensive care coordination, and 24/7 access to care teams to Cedar Community’s assisted living and memory care residents within their residences.
Starting Monday, August 11, these services will become available for Cedar Community’s independent living residents through the opening of an onsite healthcare clinic at Cedar Community’s Cedar Ridge Campus, 113 Cedar Ridge Drive in West Bend.

Partnering with Curana Health allows us to offer convenient, onsite health services where and when residents need them most–promoting wellness and peace of mind,” said Sarah Malchow, chief administrative officer.
Curana Health has a proven record of success, with certain partner communities experiencing a 39 percent reduction in hospital readmissions, 39 percent fewer instances of polypharmacy, 30 percent fewer falls, and a 95 percent resident satisfaction rate.
