Cedar Community has been certified as a Great Place to Work by Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner, Activated Insights. The certification process involved surveying 100 percent of team members from across Cedar Community and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included team members’ pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and a sense that their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on team members’ experiences, regardless of who they are or what they do.
Tracy Blaubach, vice president of human resources, commented, “Cedar Community is proud to be recognized for being a great place to work. Our team consistently strives to provide exceptional care for residents, and this recognition strongly validates their dedication to maintaining the highest standards.”
“We applaud Cedar Community for seeking certification and publicly sharing its team members’ feedback,” said Dr. Jacquelyn Kung, of Great Place to Work’s senior care partner Activated Insights. “These ratings measure its capacity to earn its own employees’ trust and create a great workplace for high performance.”
