Stephanie Ludin worked as a dining assistant for three years in the assisted living and skilled nursing care for Cedar Community. When she was offered a full-time job as a resident assistant in the memory care she didn’t want to give up her hours in dining because she loved the residents so much. She then became certified as a medication technician through Cedar Community and works in the memory care assisted living full time. She was promoted to supervisor and is a jack-of-all-trades helping with staffing, scheduling, paperwork, administering medications, serving meals, bathing, activities and wherever else she is needed.
“Time flies and I enjoy being busy. The residents and team members are like family to me,” says Stephanie. She is very happy and content to be working so closely with the residents every day.
